Cixi City Guanghua Instrument Accessories Factory, established in 1984, is a private enterprise specialized in the manufacture of various counter character wheels, gas meter counters, and counters of single / three-phrase watt-hour meters.

We are located in Cixi city, the biggest character wheel production base in China. Currently, there are 300 employees and our factory covers an area of over 15,000 square meters, with fixed assets of about USD2,500,000. At present, our factory is equipped with advanced and complete production facilities, including 40 semi-automatic thermo-printing machines, 40 semi-automatic hydraulic injection forming machines (15 - 600g), 25 manual mimeographs, 2 lathes, a cutting machine, and a projector. In addition, we have introduced some advanced foreign thermo-printing as well as assembling equipment.

With 90% parts of gas meter counters made by us, a streamlined production capacity has been formed in our factory from developing and designing, moulds manufacturing and parts process to finished product assembling. Annually, our factory can produce 400,000,000 pieces of high quality plastic character wheels, 3,000,000 pieces of gas meter counters, and 1,000,000 pieces of watt-hour meter counters. Meanwhile, we have successfully developed 2-way counters of model JD862.
